Right of Withdrawal according to the Consumer Protection Act (§5 KSchG)
(1) If the customer is a consumer, they are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to § 5e KSchG. This right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a) Goods that are made according to the customer's specifications, which are clearly tailored to personal needs,
b) and services for which performance towards the consumer begins within seven working days (§ 5e para 2 first sentence KSchG) from the conclusion of the contract, as agreed with the consumer.
(2) The aforementioned right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer without stating reasons by written declaration to Artigo Wohndesign GmbH. The declaration is to be sent by post to our office address:

(3) The withdrawal period is 14 days. It begins for contracts for the delivery of goods on the day of their receipt by the consumer, and for contracts for the provision of services on the day of the conclusion of the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal declaration in a timely manner.
(4) If the customer has exercised their right of withdrawal according to § 5e KSchG, Artigo must reimburse the payments made by the customer without delay and compensate the customer for the necessary and useful expenses incurred for the goods, and the customer must return the received services and pay the entrepreneur a reasonable fee for their use, including compensation for any decrease in the value of the service; the transfer of services into the possession of the consumer and the mere examination of the characteristics of the goods is not considered a decrease in value on its own. The goods must be returned together with the original packaging to the same address from which the delivered goods were dispatched. The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, such as costs for freight, shipping, and any processing costs. If it is impossible or inappropriate to return the services already provided by Artigo, the customer must compensate the entrepreneur for their value, to the extent that they have benefited clearly and predominantly.
(5) If the customer is a business entity, they have no right of withdrawal from the contract or their order. Damaged goods can be exchanged for an identical product. Artigo bears the costs of shipping for exchanges due to damaged goods. Complaints about damaged goods must be made immediately upon delivery, after their inspection. The deadline for complaints is two working days after receipt of the ordered goods. The complaint must be made in writing, by email or post, to the respective address. Delivery delays due to reasons not attributable to Artigo Wohndesign GmbH do not release the customer from the obligation to accept delivery.
